A Retreat of Reflection, Insights and Inspiration
Briar Patch Inn ~ Sedona, Arizona
March 20 – 24, 2020
Everything that’s created comes out of silence.
Your thoughts emerge from the nothingness of silence.
Your words come out of this void.
Your very essence emerged
~ Wayne Dyer
Please join us for a unique opportunity to silence your world . . .to leave behind the busyness of your everyday life . . . to wander . . . to be nourished . . . to be renewed . . . to revel in the insights that come from silence . . . in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Enjoy delicious, healthy meals; join in morning yoga and Tai Chi; take contemplative walks along the river; savor Sedona’s scenic trails; revel in silent afternoons of reading, writing and reflection; and gather daily in a nourishing circle of women for insights, clarity and inspiration.
On this retreat you will have the opportunity to relax, revive and, ultimately, reconnect with yourself. The retreat will provide you with a safe space to listen to your inner wisdom, while having time for self-reflection, rest, pampering and the joy of spending time with like-minded women.
You will return home rested, renewed, inspired and (most importantly) able to hear your own authentic voice and know how to move forward in a way that is authentically and truly yours.
