21 Stepping Stones to a More Peaceful, Meaningful Life

21 Stepping Stones to a More Peaceful, Meaningful Life is a tiny book, just 3 1/2″ x 5″, the perfect size to keep handy and also to share with loved ones.

This beautiful little 166 page book is a compilation of the practices (steps) that have awakened, sustained and enlivened the journey of Karen Ely, the Sedona Women’s Institute’s founder/director. Each step includes suggestions for incorporating that practice into your own life and also reading recommendations. Many of the day’s messages also include one of Karen’s collectible photographs.

Cover-Stepping Stones.inddEach of the 21 Stepping Stones will explore one of the following: The Committee, Breathing Space, The Sound of Silence, Meditation, Power of Nature, Gratitude & Forgiveness, Mindfulness, Intuition, Like-minded Companions, Inspired Reading, Circle of Strength, Retreating, Walking, Daring to Dream, Sitting in Uncertainty, Releasing What No Longer Serves You, Trust and Faith, Expectation & Attachment, Envisioning, Play & Adventure and Inspired Living.

This book can be used in any way that is meaningful to you. However, the first six steps are the foundation of the practices in this book and, as such, Karen highly recommends that you read and work through them before embarking on the rest of your 21 Steps journey.

Karen wrote 21 Stepping Stones to a More Peaceful, Meaningful Life for one reason … the belief that what she has learned throughout her journey might inform, enliven and give hope, inspiration and tools to yours.

As you journey through the 21 Steps, it is her hope that you will discover the peace and joy that’s possible when you begin to quiet your mind, listen to your own voice and craft your own authentic path.
