A 3-Day Journey of Slowing Down, Letting Go,
and Embracing the Woman You Were Born to Be
Sedona, Arizona ~ March 20-23, 2020
Are you yearning to get away . . . to somewhere inspiring?
Would you love to step away from life’s distractions and nestle into a serene space of reflection and renewal?
Immersed in scenery that will make your heart leap and your
soul soar (USA Today named Sedona the Most Beautiful Place in America)?
With a community of like-minded women?
Give yourself the gift of YOU by joining us for a unique opportunity to leave behind the busyness of your everyday life . . . to be nourished . . . to be renewed . . .to come alive . . . to find joy . . . and to rediscover the woman you were truly born to be in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Gather with a community of like-minded women for three days of delicious, healthy meals; morning yoga and Tai Chi; afternnoon spa treatments; hikes on some of Sedona’s most scenic trails; insights and clarity in daily retreat circles; and begin to claim the life you were meant to live.
Join us for the delightful opportunity to:
- Relax, revive and reconnect with yourself.
- Revel in a safe space to share, listen, laugh, and be real.
- Learn to listen to your own inner wisdom.
- Enjoy the opportunity for rest and pampering in a beautiful environment.
- Revive through hikes in Sedona’s famous red rocks.
- Start your day with Yoga and Tai Chi and enjoy an afternoon spa treatment.
- Connect with a delightful community of like-minded women who just might turn out to be lifelong friends.
You will return home rested, renewed, inspired and (most importantly) able to hear your own authentic voice and know how to move forward in a way that is authentically and truly yours.
Nothing is as uncomfortable, dangerous, and hurtful
as believing that I’m standing on the outside of my life looking in
and wondering what it would be like if I had the courage
to show up and let myself be seen.
~ Brene Brown
