A Weekend of Rest, Rejuvenation & Sisterhood
in the magic of Sedona, Arizona
April 4 – 7, 2019
Are you feeling that your energy is primarily going
to support others and their needs with little time for yourself?
Are you feeling disconnected from your own path
and longing to have a space for reflection?
If these questions resonate with you (and we have all been there!), then join us for this unique opportunity to nourish yourself ~ mind, body and soul ~ in the magic of Sedona’s Redrocks.
Enjoy delicious, healthy meals; receive a spa treatment; join in morning yoga and Tai Chi classes; and take contemplative walks by the river, all within a retreat intended to assist you in listening to your own inner guidance and embodying the strength to grow and thrive (and not just survive).
You will have the opportunity to relax, revive and, ultimately, reconnect with yourself. When life is crazy-busy and you are always going and giving, it is common to disconnect from your truest self and from your own path. This retreat will help give you the tools and the space to connect with your true self, all while having plenty of time for self-reflection, rest, pampering and fun with other like-minded women.
Each day will start with Yoga or Tai Chi followed by a delicious breakfast nestled along beautiful Oak Creek. We will sit in circle each morning, take a meditative hike on one of Sedona’s spectacular trails, visit Wisdom of the Earth to find your own essential oil, and be pampered with delicious lunches and dinners.
You will leave the retreat rested, inspired, connected . . . and able to hear your own heart’s whispers, knowing you will move forward in a way that is authentically yours.
Come as you are; leave refreshed, renewed & enlivened!
