Thank you for your interest in our women’s retreats and programs. To register for a Sedona Women’s Institute retreat or program you may either call 408-214-2811 to register by phone or click the “register” button on the program of your choice. For any questions, please call us at 408-214-2811.
PROGRAM AND RETREAT POLICIES
- Fees, Meals and Accommodations:
~ Fees, fee payment schedules, and accommodation/meal options vary by program so please check the description of the program you are interested in attending in order to locate the correct information.
- Cancellations:
~ If for any reason, the Sedona Women’s Institute has to cancel a retreat or program, you will be notified via e-mail immediately and all fees paid to the Sedona Women’s Institute will be refunded in full within a week of the cancellation notice.
~ If you have registered for a women’s retreat or program and need to cancel, please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or USPS.
- Refunds:
~ Most of the Sedona Women’s Institute retreats and programs have special payment schedules and refund policies spelled out in their online descriptions. Please visit the online description of the program you’re interested in attending in order to become familiar with its refund policy before registering. Please note that the extra fee paid for a private room reservation will only be refunded if we are able to find another woman able to take your place and pay the additional cost of a private room. All refunds will be sent within one week of cancellation notice.
~ If the retreat or program you’re interested in attending does not have a cancellation policy spelled out in the online description, then please note that there will be no refunds (including deposit, meals and lodging) within 60 days of the program or retreat for which you’re registered. NOTE: If the program you’ve registered for is to secure your place in a series of programs, then there are no refunds.
~ Private retreats require a great deal of advanced planning, as well as, the need to secure and hold dates for your retreat. Therefore deposits for private retreats are non-refundable.
~ When the refund policy on the retreat or program of your choice states that there are no refunds after a particular date, that includes all fees paid to the Sedona Women’s Institute to date (including the deposit, lodging and meals).
~ If you opt out of a retreat experience (tour, entrance fees, rentals) or that experience is cancelled because of an issue beyond our control (weather, closures) that is an advertised part of the retreat for which you registered, then there are no refunds for that experience.
~ In the case of a program cancellation, the Sedona Women’s Institute is not responsible for consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation: any travel, lodging or other expenses, or incidental damages, however caused.
- Hosting:
~ Some women’s retreats and programs listed on our website are being hosted by other women or organizations. In that case, the name and contact information of the host is noted on the program description. Please contact them for information on registration, cancellation, lodging, meals, etc.
~ Also, please note that the Sedona Women’s Institute’s cancellation and refund policies do not apply to programs hosted by other individuals or organizations.
Please Note:
~ The Sedona Women’s Institute’s retreats and programs are designed to give women a safe space, and the support, and tools necessary to create lives of meaning, peace and joy. While they are often therapeutic, they are not meant to be therapy. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, please email or call us to ensure that the program or retreat you’re interested in attending will be appropriate for you.
~ The Sedona Women’s Institute reserves the right to cancel a women’s retreat or program at any time – in which case your entire payment will be refunded. In the case of a program cancellation, the Sedona Women’s Institute is not responsible for consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation: any travel, lodging or other expenses, or incidental damages, however caused.
~ The Sedona Women’s Institute reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a retreat or program if that participant is unwilling or unable to participate fully in a program; or if that participant is a substantial disruption to other participants and/or the facilitator. In this case, the participant will be advised that their attendance is a detriment to the program and that there will be no refund of their program fees (including lodging and meals) or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation: any travel, lodging or other expenses, or incidental damages, however caused.
