Living from Your Deepest Truth
with Karen Ely
January 1, 2017 ~ April 30, 2017
Did you ever wish that you could have a do-over?
A chance to start anew? The opportunity to step back from your life, get a new perspective, and move back into your life in a new, more authentic, meaningful way?
What would it be like if you allowed the old paradigms to fall away . . . to leave a life that was no longer working . . . and step into a life that felt honest and inviting and authentically yours?
How might it change your life if you lived from your own deepest truth?
I decided to start anew
to strip away what I had been taught and
accept as true my own thinking.
~ Georgia O’Keefe
Make December 31, 2016 the last day of your former life. The life where you were living someone elses dream. The life where you were living from values, concepts, pastimes and views of yourself that no longer served you.
Make 2017 the year that you emerge from your sleepwalking life and learn to quiet your mind enough to listen to the whispers of your own heart, seeing the appearance of your unique path and know that you have the tools to confidently step forward on a journey that is your own.
Draw a line in the sand today . . . and set the intent To Start Anew and embark of YOUR path, one that has been calling you for years but was drowned out, suppressed and ignored for way too long. A path where your values, your work, your pastimes and the people who surround you are all in alignment. A path of openhearted love for yourself and others. A path where you feel at home, sure of who you are and confident in the direction you’re moving.
Are you considering making a shift? Are you ready to find, follow, and commit to finding your path and living your unique life? Then join us for 3 ½ months of life-changing exercises, readings, experiences, insights, inspiration and personalized mentoring, guided by an experienced facilitator and supported by a community of women asking the same questions and yearning for a more meaningful life. AND, as a bonus, three additional months of personalized mentoring to assist you in implementing and living your life in a new, more authentic way.
TO START ANEW INCLUDES:
- 3 ½ Month Distance Learning through our Online School, which will provide the foundation for this program. Each month will consist of readings, exercises, experiences, videos, audios, monthly practices, the opportunity to share with other participants in an online forum, support and insights from your “study buddy,” under the guidance of Karen Ely, the founder/director of the Sedona Women’s Institute. Expect each month to take approximately 20 hours to complete.
- Books, readings and supplies you’ll need for the class.
- Monthly tele-conference calls, full of insightful discussions led by Karen Ely in community with your new like-minded friends.
- BONUS: Six monthly mentoring sessions with facilitator, Karen Ely.
~ One mentoring session each month of the program will provide personalized guidance and support.
~ Two monthly mentoring sessions following the program will assist you in implementing and living your life in a new, more authentic way.
THE FOCUS OF EACH MONTH WILL BE:
January, Month 1: The Heroine’s Journey
The foundation for this class (and your life) is to truly understand The Heroine’s Journey and how it has shaped (and continues to shape) your life. You’ll begin to understand that the only way to live your life forward is by understanding your life backwards. This month you will learn the importance of The Heroine’s Journey, how it has played out in your life, and how to use that understanding to forge a more peaceful, meaningful future.
February, Month 2: Am I More than the Roles I Play?
Throughout the month, you’ll be immersed in questions fundamental to personal growth: Who am I? What sustains me? What pushes me to grow? What do I value? What am I passionate about? How can I become more of the person I am meant to be? Where do I need further growth? Reading and exercises this month will guide and support you in growing personally and will help you to understand where more growth might be needed.
March, Month 3: Who Am I . . . Really?
Throughout the month, you’ll be immersed in the inward journey. You’ll begin to walk through your relationship with your thoughts and emotions, helping you uncover the source of your inner energy. You’ll delve into what you can do to free yourself from habitual thoughts, emotions and energy patters that limit your awareness. And eventually you’ll be able to peek through the door to an authentic, meaningful life.
April, Month 4: Charting Your Own Path
Exercises and experiences this month will guide you in creating a blueprint for your future . . . one that is authentically and meaningfully yours, moving you powerfully back into your life with a deeper sense of joy and an enlivened sense of being.
December ~ February: Implementing and Living Your life
Three months of personalized mentoring to support and guide you in implementing and living your true life.
To Start Anew will provide you with
tools, guidance and support as you search for and implement
a life that is uniquely and meaningfully your own.
